Fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation.

* Participant must be a fellow in training less than 5 years after graduation. They are required to upload a confirmation of their status issued by an institution responsible for specialisation training/research in the respective country/region.

** Students need to upload their valid student ID card scanned from both sides or another proof of full-time study.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

The registration fee in person includes:

  • Entrance to Scientific Sessions and Exhibition
  • Congress materials
  • Refreshment
  • Welcome Cocktail
  • CME credit certificate
  • Access to Online Conference during the event and 3 months on demand
  • Admission to the Online Exhibition area and Poster session

The registration fee remote participation includes:

  • Access to Online Conference during the event and 3 months on demand
  • Admission to the Online Exhibition area and Poster session
  • Access to the satellite symposium and virtual library after the event
  • CME credit certificate

How to register

To register for the Congress, please fill in the online Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:

  1. Fill out the Personal data form and receive a password
  2. Click the Registration button and choose your registration fee
  3. Pay online by debit/credit card or by bank transfer

For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the Congress Secretariat at gastro2021prague@guarant.cz.

Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card (preferred option)

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit payment identifier will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this payment identifier will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 22 November 2021. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the Online Payment System.

All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.

Final invoice

The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.

Cancellations and refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at gastro2021prague@guarant.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

Name change

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Congress Secretariat at gastro2021prague@guarant.cz. No name change will be possible after 10 November 2021.

Visa requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.

COVID-19 safety rules

All the present Conference participants are obligated to fulfil one of the following conditions:

  • have a negative RT-PCR test not exceeding 7 days old,
  • have a negative RAT antigen test up to 72 hours old,
  • have a confirmation from a health service provider of passing a RAT antigen test under the supervision of a healthcare professional through an online service with a negative result no more than 24 hours before the event,
  • have laboratory confirmation of having recovered from COVID-19 disease in the period not longer than 180 days before the day of the event,
  • have proof of COVID-19 vaccination, with at least 14 days since the last vaccine dose (second for two-dose vaccines, first for single-dose vaccines).

In addition, all present participants must have a respirator without an exhalation valve of min. class FFP2 (KN95 / N95) on at all times while staying inside the Conference venue.
